4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are due as per the invoice or contract.
• Once work begins, refunds are typically not available unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late or missed payments may delay project delivery — or in extreme cases, get your project paused.

We’re not a fan of awkward money talks, so clear communication always helps.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative work we produce (designs, strategies, content, etc.) belongs to Digital Rhodium LLC until full payment is received.
After full payment:

• You own the final deliverables.
• We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio (because we’re proud of it).

Any materials you provide (logos, text, images, etc.) must belong to you or have proper permissions. Don’t send us anything that could land either of us in legal trouble.

6. Liability (aka The “Don’t Sue Us for the Internet” Clause)

We do our best to deliver amazing results, but:

• We can’t guarantee that your sales will skyrocket overnight.
• We’re not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from using our services or website.
• You’re responsible for how you use the materials, ideas, or advice we provide.

Basically — we give you the best tools, strategies, and designs. How you use them is up to you.

7. Third-Party Links

Sometimes our website may link to other cool places on the internet. We don’t own or control those sites — so if you click away, you do so at your own risk (and curiosity).

8. Termination

We can end an agreement or access at any time if:

• You violate these terms.
• Payments aren’t made.
• The collaboration simply isn’t working out (rare, but happens).

You can also terminate the agreement anytime — but you’ll be responsible for any completed or in-progress work.
